Patient care for our dental programs is provided through our network of high quality independently-owned dental centres. To maintain our clients’ confidence, we regularly monitor our network dental centres and provide on-going Utilization Reports. We also act as a proactive mediator to help resolve any member complaints or disputes regarding their treatment.
