Future Focus has the knowledge and innovation to offer a broad spectrum of individually-tailored plans. Managed Dental Care is an alternative funding method that pays Future Focus network dentists a monthly fee plus incentives to deliver the dental care required by your employees and their families. Premiums are often 15%-20% lower than equivalent benefit fee-for-service coverage. That is because the plans are structured to promote the right preventive care rather than simply covering the volume of treatments rendered.

The Managed Dental Care (MDC) Plan provides excellent cost savings and premium stability to groups of 50 to 10,000 members and more. The breadth of coverage for your plan can be custom designed to meet the needs of your group and your budget. MDC plan members may choose from a wide range of dental offices within their local Future Focus Provider Network, and also have access to any specialist they might need with a referral by the Network dental office.

All plan benefits are based on the current Provincial Dental Association Suggested Fee Guides, including Specialists’ Fee Guides where applicable.
